I am not from Warsaw. Can I apply?
Sure! Our team members are free to work remotely or in a unique, dog-friendly office in the old cheese factory in the center of Warsaw (Hoża street). Although it would be awesome to see you f2f from time to time in our office or at team’s or company’s meet-ups!
How many stages can I expect from your recruiting process?
Depending on the position you’re applying for, our recruitment process consists of different stages. On average, you can expect:
- An intro call (20-30 min): A quick call with our Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist to ensure our offer meets your expectations.
- Home task/case study (1h): A short recruitment task for us.
- Interview with a manager (1h): An interview with the head of the department you want to join.
- Peer panel (30 min): Talk to your future colleagues about the role.
For some roles, an Executive interview (30 min) with our CEO is organized to ensure alignment with our mission, culture & values.
What will my first week at Growbots look like?
You’ll receive an email with a plan for your first day & a presentation about our culture. On your first day, expect:
- An office tour if applicable.
- Plenty of opportunities to meet your colleagues and get introduced.
What is the role of a Buddy in the onboarding process?
Your onboarding buddy is a person from your team who will help you integrate smoothly with the team and organization. They are your first point of contact for questions.
How do you ensure smooth and transparent communication in your company?
We default to open communication and meet every 2 weeks during All-Hands Meetings to summarize business results and allow for Q&A.
Do you finance trainings and conferences?
Growbots partially covers conference costs that are strictly job-related. We cover 70% of the ticket’s price.
